Terrible! I went to see an apt with this company and the broker gave me such a bad attitude when I said the apt was good price but not for me. He assumed that I was just looking around but did not want to move. I told him that was not the case, and instead of asking me what was my budget etc... he continued to give me a bad attitude. If they treat their future clients like that I can't imagine how they treat current clients. I don't recommend!!!

These people are scammers. I responded to an ad for a place in the east village. My partner and I liked the place and asked for an application the broker Renee Klee told me to call her for instructions on how to give a full month’s deposit so they’d stop showing the apartment. She refused to communicate via email not wanting to leave a paper trail. Sure enough when I looked up the company’s history they were tied up in litigation. People who prey on those looking for affordable housing are the lowest of the low.

After having to show myself the apartment after the broker’s assistant bailed on our appointment, I decided I would like to sign. The agency had me working with 3 different people yet none of them could help me speed up the process as I mentioned was a must for me before viewing. My biggest problem is that the agency lied about their being laundry in the building. I still have the text where I asked is there laundry in the building to which they responded yes and sent photos. Come to find out after move in, its actually a couple doors down in a different building. I think to lie in a pandemic is very distasteful, which is why I am giving them 1 star.
