Horrible. Employees ignore you and give no help. They don't greet you or even offer any kind of assistance. Played on their phones the entire time. They were playing explicit music when we walked In super loud and had to change it. Disappointing. Do not recommend at all!

great store and associates. everything you are looking for and more. this radio shack has more than any other on this neighborhood and the sales associates are better trained than ANY other that i have been to. Carlos, Ada and Ozzie are a great team. ask for any of them if go overthere. they know a lot about phones, accessories, and services. i always recomend everyone that i know to this locatio to upgrade or open new lines with the iPhone and any other phones with AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile
