        Worse branch I have ever been to. Relationship banker refused to help me because he was packing up 45 minutes early for the day. Homeless people live in the ATM section at night and no one cares. Telling that this is the state of a bank. This is only allowed because its in a majority ethnic area.

        I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Even though their hours are 9am-4pm they often are not open and have no signage or message if you call to alert guests. In addition, they often delay hours with no notice or communication. Their atm machines are often not working or have error messages.

        I don't write reviews often but this Bank is awful. I'm literally here right now. I came here because I normal bank has been closed since last week (no reason given and no update as to when it will reopen). So I have to wait on a hot foyer area because they aren't letting anyone in the actual bank. Wait for half an hour and finally get to go into the bank. Wait again for another 10 minutes. Speak to a teller and tell them I need to make a cash deposit. The woman rolls her eyes at me and overall was super rude.
