I went here for a hair cut and from the moment you walk in its easy to see that this place is totally unprofessional and far from friendly. The hair stylist didn't even do what I asked for my hair cut and the people at the front desk are rude and just stare at you like your from another planet. They really need to get more English speaking people in there if they want to do business with customers other than Chinese people. Its very apparent that the only thing they care about here is sales as the hair washers just constantly try to push products to buy and get mad if NO THANK YOU is the answer. The place is like a zoo with people eating and talking loudly. Not my idea of a relaxing spa place at all. I won't be going back and I don't recommend this place since there are many other places in the area with much better customer service and better prices as well.
