I have always had the best experience at the store on Bleeker- the staff works hard, they are excellent at their jobs and they give honest feedback. The clothes are beautiful, well made, and unique. Ulla is different than all her competitors, and if you appreciate that then please go to the store.

No customer service. Online store non-existent. Ulla Johnson is a rip off company. I placed an order and selected the wrong size on a final sale item. However within 15 minutes I sent an email for assistance and they refused. Flat out refused to assist. Mind you there is no size guide for the garments. And where I live; there are no stores, direct partners. I had no idea which size I would wear it the garment. This store employees were useless. Uhhh maybe this size uhhh maybe that. No way online shopping can work this way. Her website is run like 2005 and sizing software does not exist. But hey she has no size guide. I ordered on a Saturday and the online is magically closed, but I received emails from Rachel. Who told me she could not edit. They charge hundreds for each piece but can not edit an order within 15 minutes. And were closed and emailed but refused to help. Then I asked to cancel. She said oops it shipped already. But a small outfit could not change a size that is it. A size. I will never ShOP and Fraud Johnson again.
