        I had a 4g LTE modem that was not T Mobile brand....I brought it over to set up service. I was skillfully helped by the expert Nicola L....Not sure if she is the manager or not but she was definitely knowledgeable and very professional.

        Alberto was super nice and extremely helpful. Definitely kept his composure even though it was really busy. Only thing I didn't like was when the manager came out the back reprimanded him for it being busy when there was nothing he could do. It was only him and another man and they were both busy helping customers.
