Staff was very aggressive and unwilling to assist exchange the size of a dress that I had bought in less than 24 hrs. It was never worn, and the original tag was still on. Even though it was final sale, the staff and “management” was not willing to exchange the size having two more in the store. There is no GM you can speak to or somebody from corporate who will assist in case you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience. Ver unsatisfied with the lack of interest in their customers overall experience. First time shopping at this store and never coming back.

Been here a few times shopping for various occasions and Carolyn is so helpful. She has such a positive attitude and an innate love for fashion. She knows what will work on you and will guide you through how to style and pair items in the best way. A real customer service pro, which is becoming more rare nowadays. As far as the clothes, this place truly has some of the best pieces and best quality. Is it pricey? Yes. But you’ll find items that you probably won’t find anywhere else, and when you wear those items you will feel like a million bucks. All in all, this location is definitely worth a visit at least a few times a year!
