They just make you feel so awkward if you return something. I have stopped supporting their brand because they just act sooo appalled and out right rude if you want to return an item. Like the other day I walked in and this guy (who was actually nicest one there) and as taking my rent and then this girl came out of no where basically shouted across the store omg another returnnn? What did I do to deserve thissss and started whining acting like I was not even there, didnt say hi or anything just complained about me as if I was not right in front of her she was looking at the guy the whole time. Just a really uncomfortable experience, I only had one jacket to return and she definitely made it seem like I ruined everything. Yeah no thanksss

Dont even waste your time here. There is no respect and no customer service! They closed the store at 6pm. One hour before what it shows on google map and they didnt even border to answer to me at the front door!
