A fabulous sale was going on at 50% off certain bags of course. I mentioned that I was looking for a vegan bag. I was informed that while Coach does not sell vegan bags they do use recycled leather. Leather that does no come straight from the animal.Very nice informative staff.

Terrible experience with coach. They have a huge lack of commitment to customer service and some sort of bad practice I sense. I have placed two orders in the past couple of weeks and I have been told after 3 to 5 days that the items are out of stock. Not only they show them available when you go purchase online but also after they told me they weren’t in stock I went to the website and they continue to be listed so people keep buying them. I’m not sure where the problems comes from but it is definitely a bad practice. I went to put a review to their official page and there is no option. All you can do is submit a review, which you need to confirm thru an email they send you and then you have to wait for them to approve or not your review. They even tell you to wait 72 hours. Funny thing is when you go online you can’t find any negative review, only positive. I am guessing my reviews won’t get approved to be posted online. Great way to do business. I think this goes beyond a website malfunction. They are playing with people’s money because a company like them sure can afford and put in place a good tracking and merchandise stock system.
