I used Elliot to help me find a commercial space for my business and I couldn't say enough good things about him. He was always prepared ahead of time, had many potential spaces to show me, listened and followed through on my ideas and concerns and was generally just a great guy. I can't recommend him highly enough. He helped me find a really good office and since that time I have called him for advice on other matters. He's always been a great help.

Dear Reviewer of 7 years ago. This is the first time I have actually checked for any reviews of my company, Crosstown Commerical Properties. First of all I am sorry you had a bad experience with the broker whom you worked with. That broker, Alan Rosinsky, has his own company,Metro Manhattan Office Space. In no way, shape or form is his company part of Crosstown Commercial Properties. While I do know of Mr. Rosinsky and I have done some business with him, he absolutely never worked for my company and again, his firm, Metro Manhattan Office Space has no affiliation whatsoever with my firm, Crosstown Commercial Properties. My firm has been in business since 2003. I have had the pleasure of negotiating leases on behalf of over 700 customers and clients and am happy to supply multiple references for those who are seeking new office, loft, medical or retail space in New York City.
