Horrible experience with this scam outfit. They claim expertise they do not possess. The job role the "expert" came up with: "UX Research Designer" does not even exist and is completely absurd concept. I have tried to get resolution and get only canned replies or silence. Huge waste of money, time, and trust. Avoid.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor resume service. I wasted $400. I have used another resume company in the past that landed me 2 executive corporate positions. I decided to use Zip for this time. I am disappointed and ended up with a poorly written 2 page resume and inconsistent email communication. I had to keep reminding the resume reviewer of previous emails of information I already provided. Six months and not one interview or ca. I just paid the previous company I used that guarantees and interview within 30 days, and I never had a problem getting interviews in the past with this company. I am so sorry I wasted my money.
