We've been with CLC for almost a year and are very happy with this day care. The daycare is very much involved in the children's care -- this isn't just a place to drop off and pick up kids. They encourage and sometimes also expect the parents to be involved -- from kids dance parties at school to preparing food and snacks and the usual parent/teacher conferences and parenting workshops.
The teachers are all very well experienced, nice and it was great to see my little one warm up to them very fast. The teachers-to-toddlers ratio is also very good, and the daycare itself is very spacious with multiple rooms with windows, and a private (and for New York relatively large) courtyard.
Overall, while tuition tends to be a bit more expensive than other comparable daycares, we have found it to be worth it.
