This merchant double charged both me and my roommate since we had the same address. Every time one of us went there they would charge both cards for the service. They did nothing to help me and my credit card company wouldn't dispute the charges because they said I gave them my information voluntarily and that I needed to take it up directly with them. Do not give them your credit card information, they do not properly handle any of your information. I will never use this place again.

The cleaners ripped my shirt and then returned it (while charging me) without so much as a note or a phone call. When I went in and asked for a reimbursement, they offered too little and only store credit. They said they would speak to the owner and owner would call me. He didn't, I called in and we agreed to a cash component and a few dry cleaning. When I went in, they reneged and went back to the original offer. When I balked at the rudeness, they said to take them to court. I had had it, so I said fine, and asked them to return my shirt. They refused and said call the police. The police came and then stated it was my property, that they had no right to hold it, even for small claims. If there was a negative star rating, I would give it to them. Very shady business.
