I have been going to Pro-Touch Cleaners at 90th & Broadway since 2002. I can't remember a time when I had a negative experience in all those years. Recently, they changed management and it has not been a change for the good. I just picked up a shirt that was totally discolored by the cleaning. An expensive pair of slacks I had given them to hem was also cut too short, despite that I'd tried on the pants in the store and had them measure the length there. I'll be going back only to get my money back, and that will be my last trip. Sad. The man who used to run the store was wonderful.

Got my suit cleaned in a day that I needed for an interview, cost about $20. Not sure if that's expensive but it was super short notice so that doesn't seem so bad. Would definitely use them again.
