        I use.. well, used*, Mac Cleaners for the office I work at. He usually came to pick up the laundry and then dropped it off again the next day. I know the gentleman is elderly, but I used his service at least 5 time over a couple months, but when I called today to ask about a pick up, he just shouted "who are you?!" "you have the wrong number!!". That's fine, it's business he's losing, but it was really weird. Not sure how much longer he'll be doing business
