        Been using these guys since 2007, great service for the Greenwich village area. Pickup drop off next day, also does dry cleaning and alterations.

        I did not realize the problem until my tailor showed me. The material is burnt to a shine.

        Completely destroyed my favorite pair of pants. I dropped them off for dry cleaning and they came back a different color (not sure how this is even possible), faded in multiple spots, and completely wrinkled which I have never seen after dry cleaning. I think they must have washed them instead of dry cleaning and then tried to cover it up. No apology and charged full price. Awful.
