Next Cleaners

This place is great. I brought in 4 80 gallon sized trash bags full of clothes for wash and fold. The owner had them all done the next day. Everything was clean and customer service was great.

I just got 3 quilts back, 2 were new never used I like to clean them before I use them and they have red and white bleach stains all over, the 3rd one still has a pee stain from my dog on it and it still smells so that means it wasn’t cleaned. I have send them several emails regarding the Ruined quilts that were brand new with receipts but they do not respond. Not sure why my building works with them. Ridiculous

If I could rate below 1 star, I would. We've given them 6 months to rectify the damage they've caused to my fiance's jacker. We sent a Canada Goose jacket for cleaning, typically a professional cleaner will know how to clean the fur. The hood came back distorted, the heat that they used destroyed the hood and caused it to shrank. We've followed up numerous times and yet, no solution. They've said months so that they were mailing it to Canada Goose to fix. No follow ups. We've had to call them for updates. Needless to say, we will be asking for a full reimbursement for the jacket. Winter will be here soon, at this rate, he won't have a jacket and will need a new one.
