I am extremely appalled at this business. Let me start off by saying I’ve been waiting almost 7 days for my clothes for a simple wash and dry. First, the website would not allow me to input the locker number and there was no barcode to scan so I had to text the locker number with no confirmation of receipt. I dropped of my clothes on Thursday night before 10am (to be picked up Friday 10am for cleaning and finished on Monday, as advertised) and it was not picked up for cleaning until Monday afternoon. Secondly, the website will now allow me to pay for the service. Every credit card I put the site will say “invalid.” I even tried PayPal to which the site won’t respond. We have been emailing with no success and I do not know where my clothes are as they are not answering. They do not answer their phone and the mailbox is full. Finally, they wanted me to email credit card information, which I reluctantly did because I have no other way of getting my clothes back. I have not had a response since then and this was yesterday morning. How can anyone use a service that is supposed to be 100% remote with a website that DOES NOT work in the slightest bit. PLEASE do not use this service. This has been a huge inconvenience and headache for the past week. I am a nurse and I need my scrubs washed for the next week and this is absolutely insane. Save yourself the time and headache and possibly over $100 worth of clothes.

One of the worst cleaners I've used. Despite the prior reviews, this company does a horrible job and should not be trusted unless you want damaged/ lost items.
