        Two separate incidents. Two cashmere sweaters ruined. One was reduced in size the other ironed and stretched. Be careful and reconsider taking sweaters. They might be ruined so badly you can't wear.

        I find the work good. It was, however, poorly handled that the day after I brought my comforter and cover to be dry cleaned that the following day I noticed a 50 % sale poster. When I mentioned it I was told politely that the discount wouldn't be applied. Given they had been open during the pandemic and I haven't been able to work at all it would have been appreciated to receive this break in price.
