Sammy damaged two of my dress shirts by putting holes through the collars. They would not even refund the order that caused the damage and offered less than 20% of the shirts value as store credits. I have been a regular customer for years and service has always been mixed (although OK), but this is completely inexcusable.

I love this place and am surprised I never left a review years ago. Roy is a professional and very hospitable at this location. He makes the effort to remember my name and to take care of me every time I walk in. When I bring a lot of stuff and the bill runs high, he tries to warn me of the price but I counter that with how I keep coming back not for the prices (which are already very reasonable), but instead for the service. 10/10, would definitely recommend. Can't say I've ever been disappointed here.

I've had them do all my tailoring for about 4 years now. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. This is a great business run by kind and talented professionals.
