Straus Dry Cleaners

This place is a SCAM, literally go anywhere but here. They do not do 24 hour return as advertised, they were late to pick up, they over charged my by $15, and they lied about pricing when I initially called them. They didn't say there was a higher price to hang dry, or that each bag weight limit was separate. Total waste of money and time. Super rude and terrible customer service. They don't automatically deliver back, even though they say they do. I called to ask when my delivery would happen and they said I had to tell them I needed it delivered. They said I need to pay over the phone, which I was happy to do. The woman told me I owed $25 and I gave her my card info. Lo and behold, I was charged $40. Wouldn't fix this when I called. They were my neighborhood and I literally would have come here every single week if they hadn't been so terrible and overcharged me.
