I worked with Steve here several times. I reached out and immediately received a response. The first time he came to visit he spent several hours at my place getting to know the history of the town house better and inspecting the place. I tested him many times along the way because I could write an encyclopedia on the subject of mold, water damage, and other indoor toxins. Steve passed the test and then some because his explanations of the whys, hows, and what's were extremely intelligent and on point, yet he explained it in a down to Earth manner anyone could understand. Steve understands more than just mold and water damage inspections. He understands how a buildings structure, materials, air flow, and more create the totality of problems. He used infrared cameras and moisture meters in multiple walls and ceilings in every room. If there was visible mold he called it out and if it was likely to be a problem or cosmetic. He reinforced what another company said and then went above and beyond with the explanations and resolutions. I paid for two samples to be done because I have done other testing multiple times. In the end he's the only one who tested for VOCs in conjunction for mold. Even after the inspection I continue to harass him with questions and he always responds back to me in a timely manner. He even came back for a second visit at no cost whatsoever. This shows how dedicated he is to the customer, their experience, and helping them get through inadequate living situations. I can't thank him enough for his service and expertise and continuous communication. I will continue to use him for any help I need at my home, and if you're reading this Steve, I will continue to pick your brain as needed because you ease my anxiety with your explanations and logical reasoning. Oh yeah, I will be referring people to you as well. These type of home problems require an honest person and there aren't many out there like you. Thank you.

Jason has helped us out on 3 occasions. On the first and third of these we had serious mold problems that needed abatement. Jason was thorough and professional. He explained everything clearly, supported us through the entire process, was exacting and tireless in ensuring that remediation had been done properly, and supported us with his advice and letters in the process of trying to get reimbursed by our building's board. His in-depth knowledge of how things work in the NYC housing world was invaluable. On the second occasion that we employed Jason, he tracked down the mold smell to a minor problem in our kitchen that did not need remediation. He is out to find and help with real problems but does not find them everywhere he looks. I feel complete confidence that his results are trustworthy and unbiased.

I am a client of Jason Earle's company, 1800GotMold. My experience hiring this company has been phenominal. To begin, when Jason Earle, the President of the company came to my apartment to conduct the inspection, he sat down with me and his first question was, "OK Joel tell me why Im here?", "What's going on?". I proceeded to explain my suspicions of hidden mold because of all my health problems. Together we went over all my ailments and then he asked me about the history of the building I live in, regarding water damage. At no moment did I feel rushed. In fact he told me to slow down and for me to explain everything thoroughly. I was taken back bc 6 months earlier I hired a company from Manhattan to do the testing in my apt and my experience was the total opposite. I could see that Jason was genuine and worried about my mother's and my health issues. After we spoke he conducted an extremely thorough inspection of my apt, which included invasive testing since there was no visual mold except in the closets. He tested different areas throughout the apt. There were a couple of areas where he told me there was no need to test bc it was evident that there was mold growth. He didn't want me to waste money on testing those areas since it he was certain of the growth. When he finished testing my apt, he tried to get access to the buildings basement, as he explained to me that was the area where you can get the best indicator of how bad the mold problem is. Within a couple of days the testing results were in and he immediately called me to tell me how alarming the results were. He explained that there were high elevations of Stachybotrys in practically every part of the apartment. Within a week, came the 2nd report in which he explained the results and wrote up a 20 page protocol on how the remediation of the apartment needed to be conducted. What has amazed me the most about Jason Earle is that weeks even months after he completed everything on his end, he has always picked up my calls to answer any questions that I've had. There were times that we spoke well over an hour regarding my situation with my health and my landlord, who has been resistant on conducting the remediation repairs. He has offered to testify in court if and when I need him. Incredibly he even picked up and spoke with me while he was on vacation in the Caribbean. My experience with him has been amazing. I feel that I got much more than I paid for. There are so many other companies that do the testing that take advantage of the person getting the testing done, as I experienced in the Summer of 2014. I just want to give Jason Earle a big shout out and sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart for taking this journey with me. I have all the love and respect for Jason Earle and his professionalism and compassion. Thanks, Joel from NY
