I reached out to Michael Giusto to assist me with some end-of-life planning, and he was terrific. I am myself a lawyer, but wanted to have someone with trust and estates law experience help me. Michael was quick, professional, and kind, and prepared a series of documents (a will, living will, trust, and power of attorney) with extreme efficiency. He listened closely to my underlying needs, made really great suggestions for handling my concerns, and walked me through the legal issues that needed to be considered. We communicated almost exclusively by email, but he was easily available by phone. Even though my planning was a little complicated, we only went through 2 rounds of drafts, with some minor revisions before signing, and his fees were very reasonable.
