Very disappointed they rescheduled Billy Joel due to virus and I could not attend tonight will see him Las Vegas in February and they would not let me sale the ticket or refund my tickets at all ..There customer service is the worst ever . Purchase your tickets with caution … you may get ripped off like I did .. I am soo disappointment in Ticket master .. it’s all about the money for them

If there was a zero star rating I would do it. It’s easier to speak with Unemploymwnt then them! They take money immediately, but when a show was rescheduled to a date I can’t make they won’t let you speak to anyone on phone online only and makes you wait at least 30 days. Now I’ll be late getting Christmas presents if I see a refund at all!!! Then they requested I stop sending emails bc that will delay it longer!!! Shame on them!!!!!!!

I’ve purchased my tickets unable to download into the app or into my IPhone wallet. Called customer service it hangs up after giving instructions on how to solve your own problem with the purchase. HELP Email no one has replied. After contacting HULU MSG Email reply to contact The Vendor. I have my proof of purchase my Credit card receipt. 11/2021

This whole “fan support” is trash! I was Suppose to receive a refund back in September and nothing! It’s DECEMBER! You don’t have phone support, you haven’t returned my email but you do have my money!
