New York Topiary

I am having the same issues as some of the others, I've emailed the company with no response. They have been paid 145.00, and I still have no product. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. If they don't want to sell to the public, then they should put that on the website. Very disappointed. I follow several people on Instagram that have gotten several topiary's through this company, that's how I got hooked up with this company. I will make sure that my followers know not to do business with a company who doesn't want to respond to their customers.

Worst interaction I have ever had with a vendor. I ordered a plant. It didn't come for weeks. I tried reaching out (no one answers when you call and if you email customer support they take forever to get back to you) and they said it was coming. It still did not come so I reached out again and they said oh yea we don't have that. So now I have been trying to get my $220 refund from them for months to no avail. The will not give me my money back. It is unreal. I have never ever experienced anything like it. Stay far away from them. They do not know how to operate a business.

I have shopped at and worked with Milton at NY Topiary for over 2 years. While Covid restrictions have made it difficult to visit the New York flower market area in general and I’ve missed visits to his shop, NY Topiary has been extremely responsive to my requests for product and information no matter how small or large my orders may be. . My favorite is the potted “hedge” purchased from him a year ago. It brings me joy every day.

Absolutely the best topiaries! I ordered two hedges that got lost in the mail (FedEx/covid mishap). Milton promptly addressed the issue and now I have the most gorgeous myrtle hedges to look at for the rest of the summer. Highly recommend!

I tried and tried to order would get zero help. I emailed no response. I would call during hours of operation, I was told already closed for the day try messaging for questions. I would send messages even on IG to try and place an order. Zero response as well. I wanted to buy but no one would help.
