I came to the store and got a note saying g be back in 20 mins. Then called and left a message. I got a call back and when I came back I see a note saying be back in 5 mins... doesn't look like they want to sell anything

Hoping to have had a better experience. The suit I got and spent over $2000 for doesn't fit quite right, which I mentioned when I purchased it. I was assured it would be fit properly. It wasn't. I went to return a tie and proceeded to spend even more money on a bag, which I was going to give as a gift and had it sent to my home. It arrived without a gift box, leaving me to scour my home for a suitable one. I had even asked about a box. Don't think I should have to do this for a luxury brand. On top of this, I was told there was a customer reception at the last minute. I would have liked to have gone but usually need more than a few days' notice. Don't feel especially valued as a customer, so I'll probably stick to Bergdorf's, Barney's and Saks, and will continue to purchase my Zegna, Ferragamo and Isaia.
