Sold some antique furniture through this business: thus was the most unprofessional, aggressive, frustrating experience I have ever had. Also, I still have not received my money. Stay away.

Found this shop through Humanity SuperStore because I had a patio set which was used in my apartment as dining room set and wanted to give it away to someone who could use than throw away. Anyway, received a call after emailing company, spoke with representative, a lovely kind woman, who was very excited and passionate about the furniture, then she set up schedule to pick it up for following day. The next evening, their man was there, he was on point and I helped him because I live on 3rd floor so, it was only right to help. The staff are very helpful, considerate, kind and prompt and professional. If I had more to give away would have done so. In all, totally enjoyed my experience with them.

Chris is super nice and helpful. The things here are all unique and have lots of character. And the prices are fair. I came in looking for a mirror to match my girlfriend's shabby-chic dresser and found lots of cool options. I'll definitely be back here to find her a nightstand too!

buyer be ware: I wassss all set to rate this biz a four and then... The day after buying a shelf on wheels I happened upon the exact same shelf -minus the wheels -at Home Depot... for exactly half the price that I paid at this store!!! so I call the store to have a calm conversation that, silly me, thought would result in a perfectly good explanation for the price difference and perhaps discussion of how to better the situation. not only was the explanation mediocre at best : both employees I spoke to said they use their judgment on the prices- , but the same two employees ( including the manager) had zero sympathy for my predicament despite my efforts to find common ground/sympathy. I am the type to make my peace with a problem when given a good reason for the situation. but when not only that doesn’t happen but there is zero sympathy/concern with the manager even saying that I should get over it ,that he’s also overpaid a time or two I’m left near speechless and with the power of a yelp review that said, perhaps I am one of only a few people who is under the impression that you’re meant to get a bargain at a thrift store I will move past this situation with the justification that the price “ had to “ include the cost to add wheels and assemble ( the Home Depot shelf was not assembled) buyers beware: the better deal might be a short walk away andddd in brand new condition.... andddd you will likely, dare i say it, get customer service- in someeee capacity- ps- this thrift store smells like a basement or attic- so much dust
