One Medical

Ive been a member for about six years and have had great experiences (with rare exceptions) since joining. My GP at the Meatpacking office, Dr. Min, is incredible. He has an awesome, empathetic approach. He takes the time to really understand how youre doing physically and emotionally, and makes sure you have all the support and resources you need to thrive. I feel in great hands with him. Also, all the offices Ive been to are pleasant, appointments are usually easy to book, staff is professional and friendly, and managing health through the online portal is very convenient.

I recommend one medical to everyone. The best medical care Ive ever received. The app makes it so easy to get care without leaving the house, and the offices are great when you need to.

Drove from CT (prev living in NYC) to stay loyal to One Medical and while I came 7 mins late, no effort from staff to help me out. Basically said, sorry you drove so far. Its a shame, loyalty is irrelevant these days.

My PCP is good in person Since Co went Public and Covid struck, there are major changes to service. 1). 60 plus min hold time if you call in 2). I have never been able to reach a person on the phone since April 3). Video calls are helpful however resolution is very poor and can only be done on IOS devise 4) messaging thruy the one medical app has within 1-2 day reply but is clunky and often replies sound canned and are incomplete 5) if your health plan requires a soecific referral plan on waiting 5 to 7 days for that turn around (this has been a major issue for me and timeing has only worsened. 6) Mds' and Med Tec providing the in person service are excellent 7) office locations are clean modern pleasent.

staff are nice, but was given conflicting information on the process for travel vaccines that caused me to waste a lot of time in the process.
