As my hair got thinner, I despaired how to manage it. I had seen Le Metric's ads for years and finally got the courage to investigate. Le Metric has been my savior. They created a very natural look for me and friends are amazed when they learn my hair is not my own. Over the years, I have tried short, long, straight and curly styles and no one has a clue. I am constantly getting compliments. People always think I am a lot younger than I am! Aside from being happy with the product, I look forward to my visits to the salon. The team is a riot and I always leave with a smile on my face!

I went to LeMetric to see Ellinee at a vulnerable time and I thought it was the right solution for me at the time. After spending $3800 on a sewed in hair topper I realized I was not ready for this and definitely could have waited a while before getting the piece. However I was okay with having clips put in, so I went back had it removed and Ellinee said she would put the clips in. After following up a couple times Ellinee finally mailed out the piece but I never received it. She requested signed delivery. Apparently the package was signed and delivered. I have USPS informed delivery for anyone who is aware of that. I was not home at the time the package was delivered. The package was not signed by neither me or my husband (I have a copy of the the signature from USPS informed delivery). I called my apartment complex to obtain footage to make sure a mail man came to our door at that time (video showed no one came at that time and nothing was signed for). I contacted Ellinee and I have all our texts saved. She told me its not her problem if I did not receive the hair to take it up with usps. She was very blunt about it and emotionally I dont have the time and energy to deal with her. Its been almost 2 months now and I still have not received anything. There goes the $3800. I tried working it out with her before writing a review and contacting my credit company but she was not willing to listen or help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cant say enough good things about Le Metric!!! I have been suffering from hair loss most of my adult life and had been wearing a hair piece from another well known hair replacement salon with mostly male clients. Over the years their hair quality has gone down, plus I was never comfortable sitting in the waiting room with men. Now I have finally found what Ive been looking for!!! Le Metric ONLY services woman clients. Their hair quality is unbelievable and every piece is made on site. The salon itself is such a comfortable environment. After having heard about Elline Surianello through a friend, I finally called. Elline was so understanding of my hair problems, suffering from hair loss herself. I sent her a few pictures of my current piece and within 2 weeks my new piece was ready. I was so pleased with the quality, thickness and color (thank you Anita!), plus the fact that its made to last. My Love my hairdresser Anna, she really knows what shes doing!! As do all of the people that work there. Im so glad I found Le Metric!! Thank You Elline Surianello!
