If I could give Supercuts in this location a ZERO I would, my son went to get a haircut the day before his Prom and the cut he received was horrendous. The so called stylist didnt do what he asked for and ruined his beautiful hair. I had to take him to another barber that evening to try and amend and make him look somewhat presentable for his big event the next day. Ill never forget the look of disappointed my son had after his Supercut experience. Theres nothing super about them. Avoid at all costs. Its going to take my son awhile for him to grow back his hair length after his botched haircut. Service: Haircut

Only 2 people working at the time I went and the wait was ridiculous, plus the sign indicates $23.75 for a reg cut and they want to charge $29... ?#?#

I got a haircut and it was somewhat ok, however, as mentioned in other reviews, they're charging additional fees without informing customers beforehand. Also, I didn't receive the hot towel refresher that should be included with all haircuts. Service: Haircut

If you arent fussy about your hair and want something simple for cheap this is a good place to go. Would not recommend if youre getting something more complicated than a trim. Really felt that I had to advocate for myself when I noticed unevenness at the end that needed fixing.

I have had my haircut here several times. All. All of the cuts have been a little different but all were pretty good. My only gripe with Supercuts is that it has closed all of the other locations in Manhattan, I believe. I had a favorite haircutter who'd been moved around, and nowI can't find her anymore.
