Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park

This is our new go-to for NYC trips. The location simply cannot be beat - easy walking distance to Midtown and West Side spots, and simple subway access everywhere else. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the elevators were nice and fast. My only complaint with this stay is that we were supposed to have a city view room for my husbands birthday, and our view was definitely of the brick wall next door. That part was disappointing but everything else was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with an amazing view of Downtown! Although there was a number of issues I noticed in our room. Lots of mold. The bathrooms have t been fully detailed in a long time, but it wasnt absolutely filthy since they were cleaned daily. However there was A LOT OF mold covering the detachable shower heads hose, so much so rubbed it down with my used wash cloth and it was just black as could be. and the corners of the shower had mold coming off when sprayed directly with the shower head. I asked for fresh towels 3 times in one day and never received them. Everyones extremely friendly and helpful when they can be though. Would definitely stay again.
