        This hotel is great, the location is great, the service is great but has to improve.

        The location of the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are somewhat small, especially the quadruple, which is really a double or triple at most. For the rest it is correct but could be improved in aspects such as the order and cleanliness of the rooms, for example. Rooms: Small and the cleaning service could be improved. We have had some mishap with lack of cleaning in one of the rooms during two days of our stay. Nearby activities: 5' from Times Square and very well connected.

        This hotel was in a perfect location for a last minute get away. Vincent was the perfect host. I recommend staying at the hotel. If you have any questions the staff will be great but Vincent went above and beyond !!!
