Bedbugs. Need I say more. Room was not clean when I walked in. Thankfully I checked before laying down. Hotel claimed they would refund me and that never happened. Stay away at all costs!

The room was dirty. We literally passed a wipe on the table and stains came off. The restroom has mold all over the shower and the glass cup there was dirty. The cleaning standards need to be higher because even though the room was old if it would’ve been clean it would’ve made a huge difference. I understand it’s a busy street but I’ve stayed in Times Square before at two different hotels and none of them were as noisy as this one. The windows need to thicker and sealed better because it was really hard to sleep with sirens and people yelling. This place really needs to be remodeled. It is not a 4 star hotel! More like a 2.

Stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super professional, let us check in 3 hours early no charge and paid $50 to check out at 3 pm. I was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews but my room was clean, the staff was extremely kind and I didn’t have one thing to complain about. I have to assume some of the other reviews are from people who stay at 5 star $1000 a night hotels because for the price this was the most amazing hotel I’ve been to. The street noise is out of the control of the hotel.. you’re in the middle of the city! The location is incredible, feet away from penn station and the NJ Transit so travel is super easy. All in all it was great!
