        Isn't it sad that Double Tree just sends a stock reply from their manager. I filled out a form discussing if you are disabled NOT TO STAY HERE. INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING ISSUES THEY SEND THE SAME STOCK REPLY. READ THEIR REVIEWS. If it is negative you get a wish washy ....Oh we are sorry. If you send a positive response then the management team might add something original.....WHY BOTHER. Disability issues should not receive such a flippant canned response.

        Location was ok would probably try and stay a little closer to Times Square. The staff were great and very helpful. The bed and pillows was so comfy! Modern shower and bathroom, good facilities such as TV and fridge, however coffee maker was a bit dated. We were on the 12th floor and it was really noisy it needs double glazing.

        Very nice staff, but the rooms in the picture DO NOT match the hotel property. SUPER TINY! Not recommended for claustrophobic people (or anyone who appreciates space). 🙄
