Dear Management, I made a terrible mistake booking and staying at your hotel during my vacation. Ive stayed in many hotels around the world but haven't been in a situation like the one Ive been in your hotel. Checking in was very inconvenient, and the person at the check-in desk was unprofessional. I made a ridiculous 500 dollars cash deposit, and I expected to get it back in the checkout, but this was not the situation. I checked out and haven't received my cash deposit. The desk was not carrying cash at check-out time, and I was promised to receive the money by Monday after my checking out day in a couple days ( which I haven't received until 3 weeks of my check out .) With not even any one call or bother himself to a apologies! Im the one who is calling and asking for my money and they say we dont have your number ! The wired is they have my both numbers but they keep saying that . after 3 weeks I get back to New York to get my money in person ! because they refuse to send it to me back !! So wired when you ask for your money and they refuse to give it back to you ! I highly dont recommend to stay at this hotel although room was dirty and my floor was non smoking but the floor always smelled bad with ( weed ) yeah weed !! , and at the check in we were family with a total of 6 luggages the bell door man was there just watching us didnt even ask us if we need help ! Never seen that before even in New York! Im not sure if its a Marriott hotel for real or fake ! The worst and most bad Marriott I have ever seen in my life
