My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Broadway Plaza Hotel from February 21st to February 23rd, 2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Situated just steps away from the nearest metro station, the hotel's location proved to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Manhattan.
The surrounding area offered an abundance of dining options, providing us with the perfect opportunity to indulge in delicious cuisine as we ventured through the city.
Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by its spaciousness and elegant decor. The bathroom was a standout feature, and the Nespresso machine added a touch of luxury, complete with four pods per day. However, what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking view of the Empire State Building, a request we had made during our reservation.
Throughout our stay, the staff, particularly Christopher, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They ensured that every aspect of our visit was seamless, from check-in to storing our luggage before check-in and after checkout, allowing us to make the most of our time exploring the city.
For couples looking to explore Manhattan, Broadway Plaza Hotel is the perfect retreat. With its prime location, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service, it offers everything you need for a romantic getaway in the heart of the city. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel and would eagerly return for another unforgettable experience.

Our family/group of 9 enjoyed 6 nights in 3 rooms.
Rooms were very big (for NYC), and clean.
We have been to NYC 4 times and stayed in different hotels and I have to say, they have the most friendly and kind staff we have ever had in NYC .
Excellent customer service!
Subway is very close, and the area felt safe.

A perfect stay.
Great hotel in NY. The room size was amazing, great for 3 adults (even with 4 would be perfect). The beds are good and the WC also very good.
The hotel doesnt have a restaurant, but nearby there are plenty of great options.
Would definitely stay again.
The only issue was that they charged me twice. On arrival and at checkout.
I only noticed a few hours later, but called the hotel and they cancelled the first payment. It took a few weeks to be reverted, but all was resolved.

Definitely agree with so many of the positive reviews but it feels like its a tale of two rooms- Renovated and Non-renovated. The hotel location is great, the staff really wonderful, the rooms are surprisingly big but beware if you get a non renovated room. I am kicking myself for at least not asking to see if a room change was possible because the bathroom was not acceptable for the price paid. After a long day of walking around the city I dreaded coming back to the room with a shower that was barely enough room to fit me- its small! Also you see on their website there are no bathroom pics for non renovated rooms and there is a reason. The room although spacious was layout was odd. I wanted to grab a sledgehammer and reorganize the room myself. The mattress was also old and the springs on one side so worn out. Because of the staff and location I would give this hotel another try but not in the outdated room- dont do what I did.

I had a very enjoyable stay at one of the hotels yet-to-be renovated rooms (but still very clean!). I only expect the experience to be even better in the future.
The staff were friendly and professional.
The location is perfect: the hotel is 1-2 blocks away from metro stations of most lines (1,6, N/Q).
My room was on the 10th floor, with a clear view of the Empire State and One Vanderbilt from the bed. The place was clean, and the bathroom spacious. Yes, one can see the passage of time from the yellowing electrical sockets, but the cleanliness shows that the rooms have been well-maintained over the years. One negative thing is that the window blinds do not completely block lights. Since Im a bit of a light sleeper, it took a bit to fall asleep on the first night.
I had everything I needed during the stay. I was happy with the snacks available on arrival. I loved the Deep River potato chips!
I also want to mention that they have one of the least expensive extra fees among NYC hotels.
