Corrupt insurance company. Their client hit my vehicle while it was parked. Police records clearly showed he had skipped red light and hit an oncoming vehicle and then hit my parked vehicle. However, they denied my claim saying their client had said he didn't skip the red light, even though he had admitted to the police on the scene of accident that he had. After complaints to BBB, state attorney general's office, insurance general, letter from my lawyer and a small court filing, they paid me in full a month later. I called them almost everyday but they were either not responsive or just plain rude.
