        Spectrum Mobile Customer service is really awful. The people are not trained or knowledgable about how to handle or explain all the issues when buying a phone and getting it connected. If you buy an Apple phone you have to go to Spectrum to get it activated, so you think just buying it at spectrum will be easier. Its not. Spectrum is a great value in terms of your monthly bill, but be prepared to pay with your time and energy, and dealing with nice, but untrained folks at Spectrum. I went on 23rd street, and the greeter was super helpful, but after that it was a long and frustrating slide downhill. (and google we need a zero star option.)
