Worst bank ever , work with them to refinance my property they waste my time , im really blaming my self choosing this kind of banks , service bad , dont answer the call , all time asking for same files for 2,3 times , then said we dont believe , they give mortgage's according to there believes not to what they receive doc

The banker who dealt with me today April 26 between 1145-1157 am was not friendly at all and was a tad bit disrespectful she may need to be retrained on how the be friendlier with the customers

I've been dealing with BOA for 20 plus years and I have never had any major issues whether in person, by phone, debit, credit, etc. After what I experienced with Wells Fargo, I'm glad I bank with BOA. Customer service over the phone was great. The rep I spoke to on the phone was great. If I could I would give him a raise. Well knowledgeable of my issue and what I need to do for my future. Due to work, I chose the 42nd street location to complete my transaction but it wasn't doable. I will say the rep I talked to wasn't personable. It's like he didn't want to be bothered so he transfer me to 37th street. What both locations have in common is not professional and very limited in knowing what is what. It felt like staff didn't know what services the branch offered and what it is needed to complete your issue. I just was not impressed by their overall customer service, lack of professionalism, or knowledge of what their bank offers. And the wait to figure out is just ridiculous. Luckily I don't need to deal with them now or ever again.

Mximo is the most pro active passioned and kind banker we ever had. Sper resolutive and ready to help. Best Wells Fargo experience ever. I was thinking of closing my accounts in the bank because of several problems and I'm staying thanks to this man treatment
