        An inviting and quiet restaurant. Wood-burning fireplaces and oven, and very nice service. A Chianti Classico was excellent (under $50), as was chicken/rabbit pate. Vegetable appetizers not too good, including somewhat bizarre, stringy, fried mushrooms . Arista of cinghiale (rib chops plus slices of meat) was inappropriately overcooked, and arrived after a lengthy delay. Would come back again -- once -- and try pasta and a salad.

        Great food, Great atmosphere! My wife and I went there as part of our honeymoon vacation. We insisted on sitting at the counter overlooking the kitchen. I would highly recommend this! We ordered the pappardelle del ristoro, spaghetti, and the ribollita soup. All were excellent! Food took a little long due to how busy they were, but the wait staff recognized this and provided extra wine pours. Very fun and warm atmosphere along with great food!
