Very rude customer service. The locksmith looked like a slob and very disorganized. I ended up calling someone else. Please stay away from this fly by night type of business, save yourself the headache.

Fantastic Company. Tony, the manager, is very friendly and highly professional. Tony follows up with all customers and gave us a high quality lock installation, with locks that close like butter. His locksmith, Mr. Nunez, is always on time and professional. We met the Flying Locksmith through ADT (security company) to install a deadbolt keypadlock on our Brownstone. Tony and his team are amazing! I have used TFL NY for multiple smart home device installs and they always do an outstanding job.
