Very organized, did not put a bandaid on it . Ended up changing the locks while fixing my damaged door frame and tilted door to make sure the job was done right. Very satisfied, would call again!

Amazing Business. I had a broken spring in a Segal Lock on a rainy Saturday morning that I was trying to repair. I had already been to Umbrella Locksmith and they told me to come back on Monday with no guarantees that they had the part I needed. The owner of Super Security Locksmith did not have a replacement spring but he gave me an entire lock that was only lightly used for free! He graciously refused my attempt to pay for the lock. He has my future business!

Beware of online store hours b/c they'll randomly close and then be extremely rude if you call and ask why they aren't open. I traveled to them from across Manhattan b/c I needed their specific shop to make a key but it was extremely inconvenient when they were closed during advertised hours and then their condescending response on the phone is why I'm writing this. They eventually made the copies and the woman in the shop was nice but whoever answers the calls has no respect for their customers.

We needed a deadbolt lock installed in our apartment right away and Dubi came the next day. It was great that he called before coming. He was professional, quick and reliable. You can tell he has been doing this for many years. Very experienced. Highly recommend.
