Gramercy Locksmith & Safe is the best! I was pressed for time yesterday and thats the time the key decided to jam in the main door. I called and good thing they have a van dispatched my way in 10mins. Their locksmith was handy with it and extracted the key without damaging the internal lock. Fast service! Im calling them for any lock problem in my apartment.

Their crew arrived on time to assess my problem with the apartment deadbolt. They found that the internal pins are already misaligned that's why I keep on struggling when I open it with my key. It was a very important fix for me, because I just got a new job and have a lot on my mind. I didn't want the apartment door to give me a headache everyday, of course. So all in all I'm pretty thankful to Gramercy Locksmith & Safe, they're so experienced.

Gramercy Locksmith & Safe is a great company! I just got all the deadbolts redone plus keys duplicated for my new house. They sent Mac, a very warm and friendly locksmith, he got here at the appointed time, and changed out old ones with high quality ones, re-keyed every door in no time at all - talk about fast and affordable work. Five star service!
