I made several purchases and I cannot get in touch with moon pod can’t find a particular item that I ordered and I ordered three things very frustrating that I’m not able to reach anybody in such a big company now I find out they’re going under a different name please respond ASAP !!

I like getting deep tissue massages regularly. I love coming here for a relaxing day. I highly recommend.

First this isn't really a massage spa. There's a barber and tarot card reader in the front and the "spa" is in the back. I purchased a Pulsd voucher for my fiancee and I and based on the reviews I thought this would be a nice relaxing date day. Well, we get there at our 2pm appt time only to be told one of the masseuse's didn't show up. We were asked to come back in 30-40 minutes. Fine. We returned about 45 minutes later and she now says "oh I tried calling you" we're ready. Which immediately made me think, if you could call me to come back, why didn't you call me when you realized you didn't have two people to perform the service for our appointment??? From there we received a mediocre massage. I'm not even sure they were licensed. It was like the 10 min massage you get at any nail salon because it's cheap and quick. It seemed as though my "therapist" was following the one massaging my fiancee and had no idea what she was doing. I mean come on...there were no taps or anything and it was a SWEDISH massage. We've gone several places for massages and this was the worst. That must explain why there was only one staff member and no other customers were there.
