Agree with prior reviews! Terrible service. I showed up five minutes before they closed, the door was locked and the woman opened it and said they were closing soon, and I asked if I could take a quick look because I was in from out if town and she said no and locked the door and left. They need to set an earlier closing time if they wont let people in who show up before they theoretically close at the current time.

Extremely disappointed by the inventory, pricepoint, and complete lack of omnichannel shopping infrastructure. Its hard to believe that a maternity retailer would have such an inconvenient shopping experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The customer service is terrible. I purchased a coat online that was too large and came to the store to make an exchange for a smaller size. They refused to help me saying that their online and in-store systems were different and therefore it was essentially a different store. Many of their patrons are women who are heavily pregnant or caring for a newborn, so the lack of empathy or regard for what it takes to get to the store to make such an exchange was shocking to me. Awful experience. Moms and moms to be, beware.

I went to this store to get maternity wear for my best friend who is pregnant. I had no clue about maternity wear, but the ladies at the store were so helpful picking out what works best for pregnant mamas! They were very nice and fun to talk to! They have cute designs and lots of options to choose from. I picked out couple of items and the price was also very reasonable! Thank you again
