1. Luxury price for POOR quality. I spent more than $120 to buy a swim brief. It looks great but the dye came off even after first wash. After a few wash, the brief is completely non-wearable. This is worse than some street vendor products. 2. The young cashier looks cool but has a cold detached attitude.

Update: totally different experience more recently. Owner/designer was there and he was proactive in helping and making suggestions about patterns and styles of swimwear. Without me asking, went to bring different sizes to show me how they would fit. Felt like a I had an expert personal consultant. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Changing from 1 star to 5. Terrible customer service. In the store, they act like they're doing you a favor to look for your size. "Oh, you want to try another size...eye roll....". Also be warned if you're ordering online. I ordered a pair of swim trunks only to be told two days later that my order was cancelled because the inventory that they showed online was wrong. No apology. Just, your order was cancelled.
