        Horrible. I was stuck on the upper east side with my two year old (I was around 10 blocks away from the main location) and I was told the wait would be 25 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called several times — no response. I called from a separate number and sure enough someone answered. What business avoids transparency with their customers? I waited for 2 hours, and still no show. Went with someone else. Do NOT call these guys, ESPECIALLY for an emergency. Never again. Service: Battery

        Called their number Entered my zip code (10002, NYC) Pressed 1 for tow Pressed 1 to connect Heard “this number is not in service” and it hung up Lol wow.
