Service: 5/5 - Lovely ladies and service as always.
Front Desk/Receptionist: 2/5 - She affected my entire experience, but I don't believe in ruining a business' reputation over one interaction. This is just so others are aware of how she speaks to others.
I've been a frequent customer of Ballet Slipper and usually, I leave the salon feeling refreshed and the whole experience is supposed to feel relaxing. I knew I should've rethought my decision when I first heard her tone on the other end while trying to book an appointment today, but I went ahead with it since I frequent this business.
The receptionist who took my appointment was not a familiar face. Sadly enough, the whole 5 minutes of my entire interaction with her warranted this review. When I asked for a price breakdown of my services today, comparing it when I last came for a mani / pedi, she questioned if I ever got the service here. That "she had no record". Hmm. Then went ahead and belittled me and asked what I didn't understand. I just wanted to quickly wrap up at this point, paid, and asked for the receipt to be sent via email. Now magically, there is not email on file and that "if there would, it would just show up". I guess on my 10th visit, all of my information is gone. Magic. Services: Pedicures, Gel manicure, Manicures
