Worst customer service. Do not go to this salon. I called ahead to see if the have the uv gel and I also informed the lady on the phone that I would also need 2 pedicures for mom and I. When we arrived 10 minutes later, they were surprised that I wanted uv gel and almost turned us away. After they debated in their language, they proceeded to sit us down in the pedicure chair. This was the fastest pedicure I ever received. While removing the cuticles on my toes, the nail tech picked my skin until it bled. Max 15 minutes and both of our feet were done. While we were getting our pedicures another woman comes in and says that she just got her nails color dipped 4 days ago and her nails were completely bare. No polish at all, she needed them redone. Finally they call me over to do my nails. As soon as I sat down, I explained to the nail tech (Monica) that I needed 2 nails fixed. Then she begins taking of my polish. I noticed that she was taking the polish off of the nails that i needed fixed, instead of taking the entire nail off, like I’ve experienced in every other nail salon. I reminded her that the nails needed to be fixed. She completely ignored me until I said it a second time. Only then does she tell me that she’s going to charge me $15 per nail to fix them in addition to charging me for the fill in and gel polish. In all they wanted $135 dollars for my nails ALONE and an additional $25 for the pedicure! I asked her why did she wait to tell me the pricing after she removed my original polish. And again she just glared at me. When I told her that I would not be allowing her to do my nails, she stated that they would charge me $20 for taking off my polish. Worst experience ever. Do not go here.
