The short: local, no frills nail salon. Perfectly nice people, moderately clean, but not luxurious and can get much better for the price. The longer: called ahead & appreciative that they took me in for 2 pedicures almost immediately, but the experience was pretty rushed since they had appointments coming in 30-45 mins later. Pedicure was $34.50, with no real leg/foot massage or any sort of nice lotions or anything. They didn't even wrap our feet or take the paper off when we were leaving. Conveniently located and good if you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't rush back here.

Charming Nails always does an incredible job! The first time I came here, I needed to get my nails fixed as another nail salon in the neighborhood did a very poor job and Esther spent the time to repair my bad nail job and turn them into something I was happy to show off. All of the staff is very friendly and it's fairly easy to get an appointment for the date and time that you'd like. They've also repaired a nail of mine the day after I originally got them done as a nail broke, free of charge. Could not recommend enough!

Esther and the nail techs here are amazing! Got my nails done with a palm tree gel design for my honeymoon and it came out perfect!! They always do a great job here.

Only putting one star because I have to. Went last Tuesday to get my nails done for graduation. Asked them to remove my old ones and put a new set. Got a new set of nail extensions + dip w/ UV. They looked like this after a week. Called them up yesterday and asked to get them fixed. Both ladies on the phone said it could be done. I specifically told them it had been one week. The second lady (the boss Im assuming) said shed fix it. Get there today (Thursday), the lady who did them is there and starts arguing saying theres no guarantee after 10 days (its been 8 days essentially as I went first thing this morning), the nails are supposed to look like that because you need to get them refilled every two weeks, and said shed fix it but shed charge me. She kept saying the lady on the phone misunderstood me. I left because I was furious and it was clear they never had any intention of fixing them or refunding me. Super unprofessional, horrible quality, and avoid at all costs. How this place has 4 stars is a world wonder.
